3. Teeth are not easy to clean during orthodontic treatment. It is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of oral hygiene. After each meal, you should brush your teeth carefully for 2-3 minutes to completely remove food residues and plaque, and avoid gum swelling, inflammation, oral odor and tooth decay. It can be used in conjunction with oral health products such as mouthwash and professional periodontal scaling if necessary.
