DTC, a direct manufacturer of dental instruments, has designed and produced this precise distal cutter with advanced CNC machines, using high quality super hard stainless steel with the following features:

Hardness: HRC58-63.

Cutting edge made by new technology.

Used to cut the long distal end of arch wires, and safety holding the cut part. Arch wires up to 0.02 1"x0.025 (0.53mmx0.64mm)

Mini tip: 0.018" x0.022"

Certificate: ISO13485, CE, FDA

- Elegant design, balanced shape, completely free of sharp edges, rounded and obtuse corners;

- The jaw process has two national invention patents;

- Unique gapless hinge design, the switch is smooth and not stuck;

- This design of the distal cutter is the perfect tool for cutting stainless steel and nitinol wire with the following sizes.

Rectangular wire up to 0.018" x .022" (.45mm x .55mm)

Round wire up to 0.020" (.50mm)

- The instrument cuts and holds the distal end of the wire flush with the buccal canal.

- The cutter body is made of SUS 420 J2 (Japanese grade) stainless steel, while the German-made tungsten carbide inserts are mounted in the mouthparts for precise and long-lasting cutting edges.

- Our trademark, instrument reference number, and information about the wires cut with this cutter are marked by a laser marking system. This laser marking allows clinic staff to identify instruments.

- Smooth satin/matte surface, no rust or yellowing under high temperature and pressure.

- The instrument is shipped in a secure and professionally designed custom printed cardboard package. Instructions for use are already in the packaging. We advise customers to read the instructions before use.

- All our manufacturing processes are ISO13485:2016 compliant. We are audited and certified to ISO 13485:2016. ISO FDA, a copy of the certificate is available on request.
